The 2023 Redwood Owners Group Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday, July 20, 2023 in conjunction with the Redwood National Rally.
The results of the AGM voting are as follows:
Membership as of June 1, 2023: 288
Quorum Requirement (10% of membership): 29
Total votes: 33
Quorum achieved.
Results:
Approve 2022 AGM Minutes - 33 yes
Approve President's Report - 32 yes, 1 did not vote
Approve Treasurer's Report - 33 yes
