Why do I hear a fan running for maybe 15 seconds at a time by my breaker Panel inside the coach right along the floor?  Not sure if there is a problem or not.

Might be the cooling fan for your converter? Try flipping the breaker, should be labeled “converter” and see if it stops.

Our circuit breaker does this as well periodically with a small muffin fan that keeps the component cool depending on the electrical load it handles from time to time.  There are no issues if it does or doesn't run, so not to worry either way.

For the most part, if all your lights are LEDs there should be minimal load on the Converter thus very little need for the cooling fan to run, unless your battery/ies are low and it's running to recharge them.
