For mine, I disconnect power.  12V port turns off with the ignition turning off and opening the door on my truck.  I do have continuous power ports, but I don't use that for the Furrion

Are you talking about the radio in the storage bay?  I have had mine come on and not work with the power button either ... just hold in down and eventually it will power down ...
