I attended the 2022 Redwood Rally in Shipshewana and am I glad I did.  A recommendation to repack the wheel bearings every 20,000 miles was made there.  I don't think we have over 10,000 miles on our used 2016 Redwood 39MB 5th wheel camper.  I took out the wheel bearings and cleaned out all the old grease and repacked them with new seals installed.  Two of my disk brake calipers only had one bolt holding them in and the brake pads had worn at an angle.  I replaced both calipers and bolts and all the brake pads on the trailer.  I noticed one tire was wearing bad on one side and they are not that old.  Then I noticed that the two U-bolts nuts had turned loose on one side of the rear axle and the leaf springs had turned like an old hand held Japanese fan.  If that had let go down the road, it would have been a disaster.  I plan to get it aligned at a trailer shop.  I just want to highly recommend that everyone crawl under their camper and take a look.  Save yourself from a disaster like I did.

We have the MORryde Independent Suspension installed but everyone needs to realize, you still need to repack bearings and check alignment.  MORryde has a list of certified repair locations across the US that is very helpful and we went to one in Rapid City South Dakota this past April with great success!  We were very pleased with their service as they totally inspected the entire system, repacked the bearings and did a full wheel alignment!
