The corner of a flap seal above one of my slides has torn. It overlaps there. Is this something that I will have to replace or can it be repaired. I've tried an adhesive especially for rubber, but it won't hold. Has anyone else had this? How did you fix the problem?

From what I have heard Max1 Glue is the stuff to use when sealing the corners of your slide-out seals.
I have not used it myself but I read that it is the real deal.
