In North Carolina this afternoon I saw a Redwood on I40 westbound, about 12:20, mile marker 135. Had full body paint.
Been traveling up and down the NLEX and the SLEX and over most of the area. Have not seen the 1st Redwood nor any RV's and not even a RV Campground. Worst of all not even seen a C/World.
But will not complain as the roads here are worse than any in the good old USA. RW is high and dry in storage up in central Alabama, in her private 34' X 60' storage shed. The weather here in the Philippines is great for tent camping. but no camp grounds. Have not had any temps below 70 nor above 96 F.
Should you want a nice vacation the resorts here are inexpensive, nice and great service, great transportation and much much too much to see and do. Will return for a vacation in July to the USA there is still a million things we want to see and do there. YES the grass is green here and as there it is how you live your life that matters.
