Last week I paid my membership dues using PayPal, but after returning back to the site there was an error and my membership dues did not get posted to my account. However, the money did go through Paypal and I do have the receipt. What steps or who do I contact to resolve this. Thanks, Scott

I have added 1 year to reactivate your Charter membership. Can you please send me an email advising whether you renewed for 1 or 2 years and I will update accordingly.
Ken is aware of at least 1 other payment through Paypal that did not show on our system, so he has been researching the problem.
If this has happened to any others, please advise.
Your PayPal notice was received by us, but as Andy said, there is a glitch and the payment did not automatically enter our system. Be assured your membership is guaranteed.
It was for one year. I did not see an option for two years. I personally wouldn't mind having a 5 year or lifetime option.
