At the Rally they mentioned a possible western gathering/caravan. Does anyone have dates and anticipated cost info?

Here is the link to my first post about a NW gathering in 2020
Haven't done any planning, but costs will most likely be campground fees and any activities that you participate. Similar to this year's event in the NE, these are informal, with no techs, vendors, meals, etc.
So far I have interest from 3 members, all BC & WA. Surely we have others interested in venturing West to experience the Rockies.
