What have you guys found for AC Return Filter replacement Foam Material.
Ours have been cleaned many times over the years, they are getting worn out and starting to come apart.
We have a 2014 38FL with the early model square return filters grates.

Same here! You get a dozen for about $5, trim to fit & throw away when dirty. They actually catch more dust than the foam.

I just get a pack from the Big Box Stores and trim to fit..

Thanks Guys, been washing the original foam filters for years, they are worn out and falling apart.
Just wanted to see what everybody else was using, no need to reinvent the wheel!!
