My awning on a 2018 3991RD started not fully retracting by just 2-3 inches. It appears that the front arm is misaligned when taking it in. The rear arm is fine. Is there an adjustment for this? What should I look for? I don't see an obvious cause?

I posted your question on the Facebook page and got this response:
With the awning all the way out, on a ladder, grab the awning fabric in one hand and bump the roller in the direction you need it to go to line up to close properly. I have to correct mine every month or so. Normally don’t have to move it more than an inch one way or the other.
